CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment.  If you'd like to reschedule your appointment...No Problem!

Just let us know *12 hours in advance 
by calling us, leaving a text or using the scheduler. That way we can help someone else.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • *Only use this option when necessary. Cancelling multiple times will suspend your from being able to book online.
  • If you try to cancel your appointment through our scheduler within 12 hours of your appointment, the system will not let you due to our 12 hour cancellation policy.
  • Please only schedule one appointment at a time.
  • Due to the large amount of clients trying to get an appointment each day, please give us a 12 hour notice if unable to make your scheduled appointment.
  •  Failure to notify us by calling or cancelling on the scheduler, you may be required to pay a $69 fee for your "missed" appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made and you will be put at the bottom of the waiting list.
